WHERE WE ARE

In order to plan the trip, it is crucial to understand how far or close we are from the destiny, since every trip starts at a certain point.
We start by understanding where your brand stand TODAY. 
And we use a  “GPS” that helps us position it, through 3 satellites: 
  1. How your brand is: ideally, we would like to spend with you and your team one day in the office, sales point or even in the fabric. 
  2. Against who do you compite. (We check it together)
  3. Who are the people buying your brand. (We define your ideal consumer) 
We also check the current cultural context where your brand is placed, but also try to set it in future by analysing international best practices that can act as inspirational guidelines. 

Outputs of this stage:
A document with all the benchmarking and market related information, consumer analysis, competition analysis and the general context the company is placed, with conclusions and recommendations to follow.
