Gabriel has more than 20 years of experience in Communication, Advertising and Strategic Planning.
He was General Director of Planning and Accounts at TBWA \ Frederick and CEO of Grupo Mayo in Chile.
In these 20 years, he has advised more than 40 brands (including Apple, Heineken, Adidas and BancoEstado, to name a few) and directed projects and campaigns of regional nature in categories such as Mass Consumption, Financial Services, Health, Technology and Entertainment.
At a local level, he won various awards at ACHAP and Effie festivals and, internationally, he was recognized with two Cannes Lions and one LIA.
Years ago he felt that advertising was not enough to build powerful, closer and human brands, and that there was much space ahead. This is how in 2020, RoadMap was born by gathering a group of colleagues, friends and brand delusionals.
Gabriel is currently a tenured professor of the Chair of Brand and Mass Advertising Workshop at the Universidad Diego Portales and at the Universidad Autónoma in Santiago de Chile.
DAMIAN VIAL - GRECIA & España
Damián is an advertiser specialized in strategic communication.
He worked for 5 years in advertising, in the area of strategic planning. First in TBWA \, where he was at the service of brands such as Nissan, Heineken and adidas, then for the Gray, Ogilvy and Geometry agencies through the G.O.G group, where he was in charge of Nestlé and Coca-Cola with different brands in their portfolio. At the end of 2018 he left for Spain to do a master in marketing and consumer behavior. For things of life, he is now in Greece, working on the details of his thesis and as a freelance planner.

Valentina is an advertiser who has worked in various agencies and industry sectors as account executive, business affairs and strategic planning, primarily in the digital area, for brands such as Apple, Samsung, Nestle, Peugeot, Puma and Heineken.
After four years working in Chile, she decided to travel to Europe in order to complete a Master in Strategic Communication at the University of Communications in Milan, where she specialized in the area of Crisis Communication and Risk Management.
She is currently writing his thesis on Data Privacy and Digital ethics, and working freelance as a planner. She speaks English, Italian, German and of course Spanish from Chile.

Camila lives in Chile, is an advertiser and has more than 4 years of experience in the strategic area within different advertising agencies such as TBWA \ Frederick, Grupo Mayo, and Raya.
She has worked in the digital side for brands such as Easy, adidas, Vichy, Santander, Sura, Heinz, Kraft, Clorox and also in charge of 360º projects for Concha y Toro, Abcdin, Mercado Libre and Trendy.
One of his greatest achievements was contributing to the construction of a new consulting-oriented department, where she strategically advised large brands of children's clothing, technology and also some StartUps.
For her, collaboration and agility are fundamental in the development of projects since she obtained the Certified Professional endorsed by ICAgile.

Thomas is an advertiser with more than 8 years of experience working for brands in different fields, always seeking to find the best strategic path for brands, mainly through a social / digital focus. He has been eradicated in Germany for more than three years working as a social media consultant for one of the most important car brands in the world, locally and globally. He has also had the opportunity to support different projects, tenders and campaigns for other clients.
